And the Envelope Please

People gathered with their families waiting for the party to start. It could not start before 12:00 Eastern time per the match rules. At 11:00 local time, they began calling names of the students in random order to come get their envelopes. Our friend Chad Nelson happened to be the very first. When you pick up your envelope, you also drop a dollar in a bag. The very last person to receive their envelope gets to keep all the money.
Nick took Henry up to the front to pick up his envelope.
The big news is we'll be headed to Chicago UIC/Mt. Sinai for a five-year residency in general surgery. That means Henry can't be a Cardinals fan anymore. We'll have to get him a new outfit. Maybe a White Sox outfit. But not the Cubs. Nick said raising a Cubs fan is dooming a child to failure.

Thanks for posting that! You guys look great. Chicago will be so fun! And it will be good to go someplace with just as much/more stuff to do after living in St. Louis with so many fun things!

Congrats! While I'm very happy for you, I will be sad to see you go. Maybe I can visit you sometime and we can go see the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. My hero, Gregory Smith, plays clarinet with them.
I look forward to hearing about all of your adventures in Chicago and seeing your amazing photos. I'm going to miss you a ton!!!
