Indianapolis, Indiana

This is the interior of the capitol dome for the great state of Indiana. This is the third state capitol building we've visited in the past month. I don't have a goal of going of going to all fifty states, but I think if you're in the neighborhood you should go to just a little extra effort to see their capitol building. They're very pretty and you usually learn something. Did you know Indiana was the nineteenth state to join the union?

I see the similarities, but as far as I can tell it's just a flourish of a plant. You can click on the picture to view it larger.
